we don't have a hismith. but, it did fit the attachment. problems we encountered was it's heavy and the machine kept tipping. which was humorous because this thing is thick!! like forearm thick. for the brave souls that can. enjoy not walking for a few days. jk. 2nd problem was without the correct machine the squirting feature is unusable. it will attach to a squeeze bulb or a 20ml syringe. if you don't have a himsmith the connection at the base of the toy unscrews and you can stick it to something. the suction cup is very strong.
Amazing
This is one of the best squirting dildos I’ve ever owned! It’s nice and soft but still firm enough that it doesn’t bend too much. With most squirting types, the line tends to collapse too easily, which makes it hard to squirt properly. But this one works perfectly, it’s the best I’ve seen so far! Definitely recommend it! I even got a 2nd one.

We have been looking for a new one to replace a favorite toy that hasn't been made in many many years. This one finally did just that. Until now all others just didn't feel the same as ol' faithful did. Use with water based super slippy lube! Firm enough for use with a machine. Almost too long and "soft" for one handed use if you have short arms. Definitely not a beginner's toy. We have only tried this (as of yet) - for backdoor play. The first "ridge" is a little abrupt - but welcomed. No discomfort from the open "tip" as it is as smooth as the rest of the toy. However, if the opposite end of the hose it not connected to anything - this will allow lubrication and such to travel out and down into the hose which will leak everywhere. Currently this model is considerably cheaper than the same model but without the hose. So it's hard not to suggest this one. Same feel and quality that comes from Hismith and the use of silicone. A+ for this one! (also purchased the battery powered lube shooter with this).
